Terms of Use
Last updated: 22 October 2026
These terms apply when you create a Bossify account or use bossify.org. Bossify is run by MatrixOS ("we", "us").
1. Your account
You must give a real email address and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens in your account and for the people you invite to it. Tell us right away at support@bossify.org if you think someone else used your account.
2. Using Bossify
Bossify helps you manage your products, website, orders, stock, team and franchise network. You keep ownership of everything you put into Bossify. You give us permission to store and show it only so that Bossify works for you.
3. Your customers
When you sell through Bossify, you are the seller: you are responsible for your products, prices, taxes, shipping, refunds, and your own terms and privacy policy for your customers.
4. Fees and payment
There is no monthly or per-person charge. The price of the assistant balance is shown in your account before you pay. Prices are in Canadian dollars unless shown otherwise, and sales tax is added where it applies. Card payments from your customers go to your own payment account with Stripe. Bossify charges a platform fee to cover the necessary costs of running the app. Each fee is recorded in Stripe and appears in your own Stripe account.
5. Fair use
Don't use Bossify for anything illegal, misleading or harmful, to send spam, or to try to break its security or reach other businesses' information. We may suspend an account that does.
6. Automatic help
Some features write text or answers automatically. Please check them before you publish or rely on them; you stay responsible for what you publish.
7. Availability
We work to keep Bossify available and your information safe, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. We may change or improve features over time.
8. Ending your account
You can stop using Bossify at any time. Ask us at support@bossify.org if you want your account closed and your information deleted, except what the law requires us to keep.
9. Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, and our total responsibility is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
